To help offset the rising cost of credit card processing fees, a surcharge will be added to all payments made by credit card.  This surcharge is not greater than the actual cost of acceptance and does not apply to payments made by debit card, prepaid card, cash, or ACH.

By completing a credit card payment, you acknowledge and accept this surcharge.  For clarity, surcharges are not applied where prohibited by law.
